The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between GoCloud and the client.

3. Use of the Website

6. Service Agreements & Licensing

Access to GoCloud's software products and platforms — including the ELITE platform and Odoo implementations — is governed by separate end-user license agreements (EULAs) or subscription terms provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any GoCloud software, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

7. Payment Terms

Where applicable, fees for GoCloud's services are outlined in the relevant service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are due within the timeframe stated in the invoice.
• All fees are quoted in the currency specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Late payments may be subject to suspension of services or additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoCloud, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising from your use of the website or services.

GoCloud's total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GoCloud for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

10. Termination

GoCloud may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to GoCloud or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the website and services will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

12. Changes to These Terms
